Video Tutorial: Publish Planning Elements with InLoox 10 for Outlook

To use certain planning elements, such as important milestones in other project plans, you do not have to create them again and maintain changes in different projects twice. You can use the feature "Publish planning elements" to make relevant elements available in other projects.

This is helpful, for example, if there is a higher-level annual planning for a department. Here all activities of this department are collected with the respective most important planning elements. These planning elements already exist in the corresponding subprojects and can be published quickly and easily in the higher-level project with InLoox. If anything changes in the individual projects, this is automatically taken into account in the higher-level annual planning.
